- Even numbered houses must water on even numbered days (4.16.2.1.0)
- Odd numbered houses must water on odd calendar days (4.16.2.2.0)
- No watering may occur between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (4.16.2.3.0)

-No specific by-law

-Policy restricts watering to even days for even numbered houses, and odd days to odd numbered houses.

Town of Penetanguishene Watering Restricctions as per By-Law 1999-33 Ammended By-Law 1999-55

-Domestic Residential even numbered house may water between 7:00 and 9:00 am (1999-55) and 7:00 and 9:00 pm (1999-33) on even days of the month
-Domestic Residential odd numbered house may water between 7:00 and 9:00 am (1999-55) and 7:00 and 9:00 pm (1999-33) on odd days of the month

-Commercial and Industrial buildings withouot a water meter must adhere to the same by-laws as residential houses

-Commercial and Industrial with a water meter may water on any day of the month between 7:00 and 9:00 am and 7:00 and 9:00 pm
